Demtech are proud to announce that this years 2021 Good Friday Appeal Charity House has sold for an incredible, and record breaking $903,300 with all proceeds going straight to The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. The Charity auction house remains one of the Appeal’s largest donations each year, and results in the delivery of life saving equipment and research that directly saves the lives of many children.
Since 2017, Demtech has supplied and installed lightweight screed replacement shower bases, as well as supplying, installing and waterproofing the Insitu balcony paneling systems to the charity homes.
More than 150 tradies have donated their labour and resources during the six-month build, helping to construct the latest charity home, a stunning Vogue 34 by Henley Homes, which is a 34-square, four-bedroom home, with four living areas, and expansive master suite located in Wollert, on land donated by Villawood, and part of their Rathdowne community.
“It is an honor to be a part of such a worthwhile cause that has had such a positive impact on so many families. Demtech is very proud to support the GFA Charity house and look forward to being a part of the project for many years to come.”
