2020 Good Friday Appeal Charity House raises $790,500 for The Royal Children’s Hospital.
Demtech are proud to announce that this years 2020 Good Friday Appeal Charity House has sold for an incredible $790,500 with all proceeds going to The Royal Children’s Hospital. Due to Covid restrictions there was no auction event this year, however the fully furnished home sold through private sale.
Demtech have proudly partnered with Henley and Villawood Properties, donating Insitu shower bases, balcony panel systems and shower niches in an effort to help build this beautiful home. More than 100 trades have donated their labour and resources during the six-month build helping construct the stunning, Electra 35 by Henley homes, a 35 Square, 4-bedroom family home, located in Wollert on land donated by Villawood.
The GFA Charity House is a great initiative that raises valuable funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital each year, which makes a huge difference to the lives of sick children and their families. It is always great to see so many different trades a suppliers all working together, donating their time and resources to bring this house to life in such a short time frame.
The sale of the 2020 home brought the projects total donations to over $16.2 million from the sale of 41 houses. Construction has already begun on the 2021 Good Friday Appeal Charity House and Demtech will be once again honoured to be part of such a humbling and worthwhile project which raises much needed funds for a great cause.
