By investing in sustainable energy Demtech are reducing our carbon footprint and the impact we are having on the environment.
As Demtech continues to grow, so to do our production levels. Over the last year we have seen significant growth in demand across a range of our products. This has resulted in increases in our in-house manufacturing levels. To facilitate this rapid growth, Demtech have invested in a number of new machines, which has increased our electricity demand. In an effort of reduce our electricity costs and minimise our impact on the environment, Demtech chose to turn to Solar Power.
Demtech decided to partner with The Solar Power Co, who have installed a 99 Kilowatt System, consisting of over 250 solar panels and three inverters. This system generates clean energy to power both our warehouse and office complex. The solar panels used are designed for commercial use and output an enormous amount of power. The panels have been coupled with three, Solar Edge three phase inverters, which are incredibly reliable and efficient. By installing a solar edge optimiser on every panel it has given us the ability to monitor the performance of each panel, ensuring the system is running as efficiently as possible.

Demtech believe it is our responsibility to minimise the impact we are having on the environment, to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come. By relying on the Sun to power our production, not only have we reduced our carbon emissions but we have been able to save on our energy bill, a saving that is passed directly onto customers with reduced prices across a number of products. Demtech aim to continue exploring ways to minimise their carbon footprint by continuing to be at the forefront of innovation and sustainability.
