Here at Demtech, we believe in giving back to our community and making a positive impact wherever we can. That's why we are thrilled to announce our involvement in the 2024 Kids Under Cover Studio Program. Together with Todd Devine Homes and a team of suppliers and tradies, we are working hard to construct a transportable studio in Altona North that will provide a safe and stable space for a young person in need.
Kids Under Cover is a non-for-profit organisation that has been dedicated to preventing youth homelessness for over 30 years. They work tirelessly to support vulnerable and disadvantaged young people aged 12 to 25, providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive and succeed.
The studio we are helping to build will include a kitchenette and bathroom, giving the young person living there a comfortable and private space to call their own. By providing this safe and stable environment, we hope to reduce the risk of premature displacement and give the young person the opportunity to focus on their studies, personal growth, and staying connected with their family.
We are incredibly grateful for the chance to be a part of such an important project. Knowing that our efforts will directly impact the life of a young person in need is truly rewarding. We strongly believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back, and we are honoured to be able to contribute to such a meaningful cause.
