The results are in!
The 2024 Good Friday Appeal Charity Home has sold for a a record breaking $1,100,000, with all proceeds going directly to The Royal Children’s Hospital.
Over 100 tradies and suppliers worked together to build the fully furnished double-storey home, which was constructed by Henley Homes on land gifted by Villawood Properties.
The house itself is a 7-star energy efficient home featuring four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, four living spaces including a separate study, and an alfresco with a spacious backyard.
For the past seven years, we have been actively involved in this incredible initiative, providing our products and services to help raise funds for sick kids and their families across Victoria.
This year, we donated and installed our Insitu Shower Bases in the brand-new 38.40sq home.
The sale of the 2024 home has brought the initiative’s total donations to over $20,350,000 from the sale of 45 houses.
Our continued involvement with the Good Friday Appeal Charity Home project is something we are truly passionate about, and we are excited to see how next year's efforts will contribute to such a worthy cause.
