The Clairmont is a rectangular pre-formed tile shower base designed with built-in falls that direct water toward a linear grate along the long side. This versatile shower tray is tile-over and fully customisable, allowing you to create the perfect look for your bathroom.
With a variety of linear grate options available, including brushed aluminium, matte black, and tile-insert, the Clairmont tile shower base is both functional and stylish. It comes with CodeMark Certification under certificate number CM20323, ensuring the quality and reliability of our shower trays.

Tile Shower Base | Tile Shower Tray
The Clairmont is a rectangular shaped shower base which has a channel running along the long side of the base. This can be installed with the channel along the back wall or at the front of the shower.
Insitu Systems® pre-assembled shower bases are light-weight, easy to install and are manufactured with precision falls. Each shower base comes factory coated in Cureflex SLR2000 waterproof membrane.
Thickness of the base may be custom made depending on the size of the base and the fall requirements.

All of our INSITU® Systems products are manufactured from a specially formulated polyurethane we call Flexothane®. Its unique cell structure means that it is ultra light-weight and provides both thermal and acoustic properties. It is also completely impervious to water. Flexothane® is used to manufacture pre-formed, tile over shower bases and balcony panels which are available in a range of centre waste and linear grate styles. But the options don’t end there, it can also be used to create shower accessories such as niches, shelves, seats and hobs as well as planter boxes and other wet area substrates.
