Our pre-formed Balcony Panelling Systems offer a lightweight alternative to screeding, making them perfect for terraces, balconies, patios, and subfloors. The tile-over panels come pre-coated in our Cureflex SLR2000 Waterproof Membrane, reducing the need for multiple trades on-site and speeding up construction time.

Made from our durable Flexothane material, these balcony systems are designed with graded falls that meet and exceed Australian drainage standards. They are also CodeMark Certified under certificate number CM20323.

All of our INSITU® Systems products are manufactured from a specially formulated polyurethane we call Flexothane®. Its unique cell structure means that it is ultra light-weight and provides both thermal and acoustic properties. It is also completely impervious to water. Flexothane® is used to manufacture pre-formed, tile over shower bases and balcony panels which are available in a range of centre waste and linear grate styles. But the options don’t end there, it can also be used to create shower accessories such as niches, shelves, seats and hobs as well as planter boxes and other wet area substrates.
