INTRODUCTION
Cureflex® TS99 is an ultra-high-strength, flexible wall and floor tile adhesive, both hydraulically and organically bound, guaranteeing excellent adhesion of the tile to the desired surface. Suitable for both interior and exterior walls, for use on all types of masonry substrates including sand/cement render and pre-cast concrete.
Featuring excellent non-slump and extended open time characteristics, this adhesive performs like no other. Cureflex® TS99 meets and exceeds the requirements set out in AS 4992.1.
Allow 8 hours before foot traffic and 72 hours before return to service. Tiles may be grouted 8 hours after installation depending on temperatures. Grouting generally is best performed 24 hours after tiles have been installed.

Cureflex® TS99’s technologically advanced formulation is structured using premium European engineered polymer modified powders (PMPs) and additives, combined with uniquely blended, natural and acrylic micro-fibres mixed with various grades of kiln dried aggregates.
The combination of these carefully selected constituents form an integral part of this high performance adhesive.
Cureflex® TS99 is classified under:

- S2 High level flexural strength.
- E(E) Extended open time (up to 60min extra work time).
- T(T) Double slip resistance.
COVERAGE & CURING
Pot life of mixed adhesive is approximately 2-4 hours (23°C).
Coverage varies based on the size of the notched trowel used during application.
