INTRODUCTION
Cureflex® SG40 is the next generation of cementitious floor levelling powder.
This free flowing, self levelling system can be applied as an underlay over concrete substrates to improve or correct surface levels prior to the installation of vinyl, tiles, floorboards or carpet.
Cureflex® SG40 is a purpose designed commercial grade floor leveller, offering extreme adhesion and flexibility for interior/exterior use. Quality polymers combined with high early setting cement powder (HESCP) allows the product to free flow and set within two hours.
Predominately intended as an underlay to improve the correctness of uneven floor surfaces, the unique matrix also allows it to be used for fast repairs such
as cracks and voids, commonly found in concrete substrates. It can also used to build up floor heights and levels.
It has a smooth, textured finish and is engineered to provide ample open time offering superior workability, allowing for fine adjustments. Compatible with most adhesives, sealants and general construction materials. Also suitable over heated floor elements.

- Interior floors and substrates.
- Balcony/terrace substrates.
- Concrete or timber substrates.

- Also suitable for use over brickwork and exisiting waterproof membranes.
- Filling small to medium voids, large cracks and other cavities.
PREPARATION & APPLICATION
- All substrates must be clean and free from any contaminants before application.
- Surfaces must be primed using Cureflex® PG57 before application.
- 20kg bag mixed with 4.1L of water will yeild approx. 13L of material.
- One bag will cover approx. 1.2m2 at 10m thick, 2.5m2 at 5mm thick or 4.0m2 at 3mm thick.
- Simply pour the material onto the primed substrate and allow it to seek its own level (may be spread with a steel trowel or straight edge).
- Protect the material from foot traffic for a further 2 hours.
- The material requires at least 1 hour to cure (temp. dependant).
