INTRODUCTION
Cureflex® PG57 is a high performance liquid primer that can do much more than just prime substrates.
It can be used as a general purpose primer over open, porous surfaces or as a liquid additive to cementitious construction adhesives and membranes.
Cureflex® PG57 is a non-tacky, styrene-acrylic polymer, engineered for both commercial and domestic use as a high performance bonding agent.
Using it as an additive in other products will increase strength, improve flexibility and workability, increase adhesion properties and extending working time.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
- Ready for immediate use.
- Solvent free formulation.
- Easy to apply with a brush or roller
- Suitable for internal and external use.
- High level of water resistance.
SUITABLE MATERIALS
Suitable for use on:
- Concrete, screed and Hebel.
- Plasterboard and Scyon.
- Villaboard sheeting.
- Bricks and mortar.
- Tile underlay.
PRIMING USES
Helps prime before:
- Self leveller.
- Ceramic tiling.
- Waterproofing
- Rendering.
- Screeding.
- Vinyl laying.
- Carpet laying.
- Floorboards.
CURING & COVERAGE
- Ensure concete slab has cured for a minimum of 28 days before priming.
- Ensure screeds have cured for a minimum of 7 days before priming.
- Ensure waterproof membranes have cured for a minimum of 24 hours.
- All substrates must be clean and free from any contaminants before application.
- Typical applications will only require 1 coat. Very porous surfaces may require a 2nd coat.
- Apply evenly over all surfaces, while carefully avoiding pooling.
- Allow the product to dry completely before the subsequent application of any membranes or adhesives.
- Will not prime surfaces or cure when applied to non-porous materials such as cured membranes, metals, plastics (Use Cureflex® LS151 instead).
ADDITIVE USES
