What makes INSITU® so special?
All of our INSITU® Systems products are manufactured right here in Australia from a specially formulated polyurethane we call Flexothane®. Its unique cell structure means that it is ultra light-weight, provides both thermal and acoustic properties, and is also completely impervious to water. Flexothane® manufacture pre-formed, tiled shower bases and balcony panel systems as well as a number of shower accessories such as niches, shelves, seats and hobs. It can also be used to create planter boxes, facade columns and other wet area substrates.

Our pre-formed, tile over shower bases are available in a number of different sizes and drain options. Each INSITU® shower base is light weight, easy to install and is factory coated in Cureflex® SLR2000, creating a tough and durable system that you can rely on.

INSITU® Shower Niche
The INSITU® shower niche is ultra-light, completely watertight and easy to install. Each niche is factory coated in Cureflex® SLR2000, and is manufactured with in-built falls eliminating the need to build up tiles.
Custom sized niches available.
The INSITU® Shower Seat can be added to any INSITU® Shower Base to provide a place to sit down or rest your legs within the shower cubicle. Made from our signature Flexothane™ it is completely impervious to water and easy to install. Available with or without niche opening.
INSITU® Panelling System
INSITU® Panelling Systems provide a light-weight and easy to install alternative to screeding. Custom manufactured to suit each individual application, each panelling system is precision made with inbuilt falls towards a wide range of different waste options including linear grates. Each panel is factory coated in Cureflex SLR2000 and join together easily onsite with an interlocking tongue and groove system.

Balcony Systems

Custom engineered with precision falls, our panels are the perfect finish for balconies, terraces, patios and sub-floors. Each individual panel is factory coated in Cureflex SLR2000 waterproof membrane as additional protection.

Façade Column
The INSITU® Façade Column is a revolutionary new product which changes façade column construction by replacing timber with our easy to install, pre-formed Flexothane™ pillars.
Precision manufactured into two panels, the façade column is designed to enclose a central beam. Tongue and groove joins make for perfect alignment.
Each timber column is factory coated in Cureflex SLR2000 waterproof membrane as additional protection and is ready to render or tile.

– We have an installation guide available for download on our website.
– Delivery times may vary depending on the size of your package and where you are purchasing from. Once your package leaves our warehouse we’ll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date and items’ details. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
– Products that are unused/undamaged may be returned to Demtech. A refund may be provided at the discretion of Demtech. Custom manufactured products can not be returned for a refund – please take care when ordering custom products.
