2025 Good Friday Appeal Charity Home Now Complete!

On Tuesday, we were honoured to attend a breakfast hosted by Henley Homes and Villawood Properties, expressing gratitude to all the trades and suppliers who contributed to the 2025 Good Friday Appeal Charity Home. 

It was truly rewarding to have the chance to walk through the finished property that we had a hand in constructing.

This year, Demtech proudly supplied and installed our shower bases and water grates in this stunning new double-storey home.

The 7-star energy-efficient house features four spacious bedrooms, two beautifully appointed bathrooms, a convenient powder room, and six living spaces.

Every dollar raised from the home's auction will directly benefit The Royal Children's Hospital, providing life-saving care to children in need.

Demtech has been a proud supporter of this important cause since partnering with Henley Homes in 2017, donating our time and resources.

Last year, this initiative raised an impressive $1.11 million for The Royal Children's Hospital.

This year, we're incredibly hopeful for another successful fundraising campaign.

The stunning Henley Home will be auctioned on Good Friday, April 18th, at the Armstrong Estate in Mount Duneed.
