2025 Good Friday Appeal Charity Home Has SOLD for an Amazing $1.15m!

Exciting news!

We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 Good Friday Appeal Charity Home has sold for a record breaking $1.15m, with every dollar raised directly supporting The Royal Children’s Hospital. 

Over 100 skilled tradies and generous suppliers collaborated to create this stunning fully furnished double-storey home, built by Henley Homes on land generously provided by Villawood Properties.

The impressive property features a 7-star energy-efficient design, offering four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, a study on both the ground and upper levels, and an alfresco area perfect for year-round entertaining!

For eight years, we have proudly contributed to this remarkable initiative, donating our products and services to help raise essential funds for children in need and their families across Victoria. 

This year, we were delighted to donate and install our Pre-Formed Shower Bases and Water Grates in this beautiful 47.02 square metre home.

The sale of the 2025 home has brought the initiative’s total donations to over $21.5m from the sale of 46 houses. 

Our ongoing commitment to the Good Friday Appeal Charity Home project is a great source of pride for us, and we’re eager to see how our efforts will continue to impact this worthy cause in the future.
